Default 110cc ATV problems please help

I have a 110cc atv not sure of a brand its a Chinese model. I put on a new harness with cdi solenoid and all those. I have put a new starter on, and carburetor. I bypassed the start button cause it was just making the solenoid click. with the new button switch the atv will crank but not start. I tried to jump the solenoid and it did nothing. I am stumped. also I noticed gas leaking from the carburetor and when I took the filter off there was gas in it. I cleaned the carburetor and nothing was stuck or clogged. can someone help me out.

If you can safely check for spark,I'd check that first.Ground the plug against the cylinder if you can. Also could be a fouled plug from the excess gas.Sounds like the carb float might be stuck or the needle and seat worn and leaking. Cheap as these Chinese carbs are, check on ebay for a carb on your model and make. Most are around $20 or less.
Didn't notice about the new carb.. Sorry, but still sounds like a carb problem if the air filter is full of gas.

Thank you for your response, I have grounded the spark plug and I am getting spark. I cleaned the carburetor and it did not seem dirty at all. I did not take a wire brush or anything through the needles or anything.

Not sure what carb you have or if it has the plastic non adjustable needle tab,but if it has the type float with the metal tab holding the needle, you might try bending the needle tab down a little to lower the fuel level in the bowl.. Might help as the float level may have been set too high from the factory. Just a thought.

Yes that's exactly what it looks like. I also checked the compression and it's above 90

Then I'd bend the tab slightly down to where the float will shut the needle off sooner, clean and dry the air filter and see if you can get it to crank. You might want to crank the engine over a couple times without the plug to remove any excess fuel first.Plus if in doubt on the plug, get a new one.
