Default chinese 2015 coolster 110 ATV,

Ok so I lost the key fob for the quad so i was told by the dealer tgat I can diconect the box for it. I did that and still wont crank, i have the brake lever set and hit the starter button, nothing. I test the wires and when i hit the button it completes the circuit but nothing.

I decided to just jump it from the battery to the starter relay and it starts. While it'srunning i hit the starter button and it works, I've checked all the connecters and they are good so here I am asking for Ideas??

you may need to jump a wire in the harness from the removal of the box for the machine to start.

To my knowledge, the kill box will only interrupt spark, not the actual start relay. That being said, you should be able to keep that box plugged and it shouldn't affect anything. Since you have spark and got the machine running, but have a working starter button, I believe that you need a new start relay. Can you hear the relay "clicking" when you press the start button?

I was actually finaly able to find the probkem. So I am a mechanic by trade and well hate electrical. That or it just hates me. Anyway I alway try to use K.I.S.S and start with the basics. Si I checked the battery and it was good. Then i checked the fuse and it was good. So i started testing wires and from the wires to the battery i was getting 12V but something just wasn't right so i went to test from the fuse and nothing. Well come to find out that the wire crome the battery to the fuse was pinched and didn't have a connection. So simple and yet a pain in the butt.
