It's alive..... some what
So I got my Taotao 150g running... starts, idles and is good to putter around the yard at about 1/4 to 1/2 throttle any more than that and it starts to sputter and bog out.. I knew it was running rich so I raised the clip on the needle. After letting the kids ride it a bit tonight I figured I'd check the plug for signs of how it was running.. what do you guys think?

I think you should pull the carb and verify your baseline (i.e. are you dealing with stock settings or not). The plug doesn't look too bad, but there is the right way to read a plug...that involves putting in a new plug and chopping the throttle (killing the engine) when riding it wide open. The more into the throttle...the more into the main jet...if a plug chop at WOT shows rich, then moving the needle around will only improve part throttle driving. Me...personally...I'd verify the jets, give it a good cleaning, and make sure the air filter is clean as well (an air restriction will make it run like crap as well)...
