Another Baja what-is-it post! National Motor... 150?
First, YES! I've searched this site. Read all the Baja Motorsports threads I could find.
Also checked their site, they don't list anything like this.
Ran the VIN and all that comes up is 2005 and National Motor Co Ltd
VIN is RKKGCKLCX5B637259
Motor just says NATIONAL MOTOR all over it. Can't find a model stamp anywhere. No cc markings on the jug that I can find so I really don't know how big it is. Single cylinder 4-stroke.
Really just hoping to get some odds and ends for it to make a good beater. Currently have no spark... what's new.
So, any ideas on what motor it may be? I'll get better pics of the quad later when the rain lets off.

That's a weird one. The top of the engine, head, cylinder, etc., is definitely a Honda CG clone, a push rod engine. Never seen one with a starter in front though or an oil filter cover on the clutch cover. Bottom end looks more like a Yamaha. There should be numbers on the lower left side of the engine, behind the shift lever. Something like 163FML that could help determine the size.

Baja's website shows a couple of "discontinued" 250s. If you are lucky, the plastics may be different but one of the bikes could be the same. It is worth downloading the books for them and checking.Baja Motor Sports | ATVs

You might ask if anyone over on ChinaRiders Forums - Powered by vBulletin is familiar with that brand.

Just checked Baja's site and as I suspected, Baja import lots of different makes of ATV/Scooters/Bikes and stick the Baja name on all of them, they list parts books for both Jianshe and Loncin 250 ATVs. The VIN may tell you who actually made it, and it does look like Baja make some effort to support the stuff they sell, so may be helpful if you ask them direct.
