Default Help!

I have an APC 90cc 4-wheeler when I start it up it goes to full throttle. I have cleaned the carb and sprayed a boatload of PB blaster into the throttle cable. Does anyone have any ideas? Also if I hold my hand over the carb it will idle pretty good but no throttle response

I would check the needle and the intake housing for cracks to start with.

Yup...sounds like incorrect needle in slide assembly...or cable routing (if that was altered for some reason)

And to be a little more specific, I meant intake boot, not the entire intake housing system.

Could the throttle slide be in backward?

Sorry I haven't posted before now but the throttle cable had been moved and was holding the barrel float wide open. Moved the cable and it runs like a demon now. Grandson absolutely loves it. Thanks to all for your help
