Default New here and need help with ToaToa 110b

Ok I have about had it with this 110 tao tao 4 wheeler. I have replaced everything on the thing. I have spark. I have spark under compression. It fired up the other night once then I couldn't get it to fire anymore. It cranks and cranks and will not start. I have gas going to the carb. I'm at a loss I have no idea what else it could be.

Hi Jennnifer. I'm moving this to the Chinese section. Might get more of a response there.

Does it run with starting fluid sprayed directly into the plug hole?

Start up the other day. But it's very hard to get started. Lots of cranking and playing with the coke and giving it gas. I moved the flot but it didn't help. Once it starts it runs good. But just getting the thing to start is the hard part.

Again...did you try starting it by spraying starter fluid directly into the plug hole? If it fires right up doing that it eliminates many other variables...

Also...you state "spark under compression"...do you know your compression number (crank with throttle wide open)?

no I don't know the compression number. But I have noticed that it fires up easier when I have my tester on it. Testing the spark I'm guessing it's because it has more resistance making a hotter spark. I try starter fluid in the plug hole once but at that I'm I don't think I had spark. I replaced wiring harness and cleaned the flywheel and stator and got back spark. All the problems came along after my daughter ran it through water. It was never hard to start be4 that.

Sometime things are coincidental...

I'd also look at your ground and ensure it's secure to bare metal.

Hard starting can be weak spark, but it can also be low compression and/or insufficient fuel (all a choke does is richen the fuel mixture to help on cold starts)...
