blue/white 125 olhms 1.8 v
yellow .6 olhms
white .6 olhms
green .6 olhms

how do i fix ignition power to cdi (black/red) ? What may be possible issues causing 0 olhms and low voltage readings

 

It's defect, buy a new one and replace it. It costs about 10-15$
