Default 147FMD carb

I have a some year Alta Mach 1. The engine is a 147FMD and the carb probably needs cleaned. Where can I get parts for it, or get a whole new carb? Its been in storage for about 10 years and the thumb throttle was stuck inside the carb. I got it loosened up but it still wont start. If I spary carb cleaning in the intake it will run for a few seconds while burning the carb cleaner, but its acting like its not getting any gas. I haven't taken the carb off yet to take it apart but I'm assuming the float is gummed up not letting the bowl fill with gas.

Well the engine is a copy of a Honda 70cc one so I would guess the carb will be too. I would take it apart, clean it out with compressed air put it back together and try it. I don't go in for removing needles, you have to re-set them afterwards if you do, and 99% of the time a blow out with an air line does the trick. there are plenty of videos of how to strip the Honda 70 carb if you need help.
