left gas in it all winter I could get it to start but it would shut off everytime i gave it gas. figured it was the carb. Replaced the carb and it started right up and shut off after a few seconds. Havent been able to start it since. I have replaced the battery, carb, new spark plug, and starter. What am i missing? what else can i check not sure why its not starting.
Thanks

You'll need a compression tester.(gauge) Can probably rent one from Auto Zone, or buy one for about 20-30 dollars.
You can find a few videos on youtube that will get you going.
Another thing to check first, the exhaust. Make sure no critters have made a nest in there.
