Kazuma redcat mpx 110cc

Working on my redcat 110cc.... got it sounding like it wants to start. It seems like it could be a safety issue? I need to find out what this goes to?

In Honda's wiring colours, green with red tracer is often used for neutral light and starter solenoid, Chinese stuff sometimes follows the Honda code, sometimes doesn't.
