Hello there. I’ve got a Chinese (loncin) atv I’m not sure what engine size but I’m presuming it’s 200cc or over based on the 3 phase rectifier that’s fitted. My problem is that I am getting no spark. The quad was sitting outside for some time so it has recently been overhauled. The engine fired up while testing on the bench however once it was put back in the frame it fired for one second then lost spark. I have checked all of it’s peripherals including the rectifier, stator, solenoid , coil and cdi but everything seems to check out okay with basic multimeter tests. It has a DC cdi and it is receiving the correct voltage. I have checked the pulse wire and the coil wire all are fine. The kill switch on the cdi has been disconnected, so I am unsure what is wrong. Any help or guidance what so ever would be greatly appreciated
