Hi Everyone. I have just bought my daughter a 110cc Loncin buggy and I can't get it started. The engine cranks over but there is no spark. I have checked the CDI, coil and everything else. Any idea's would be great. Everything works, new spark plug the lot but nothing.

How about voltage regulator or the stator?

 

Thanks heaps. We have checked both of those things as well. We swapped both with ones that worked and still nothing. I must mention that the CDI was replaced by the prev owner with a generic one from Jcar. It appears to be wired correctly except the kill switch wire doesnt go any where. Thinking they by passed all the safety things.
