Default 110cc CDI Problems

Hi

I have got a 110cc Chinese Quad

It had wiring issues so have put a new loom/stator/could and ignition

The CDI it came with wouldn't start the bike.

So I put the old CDI on and it started up straight away but wouldn't rev up (like the coil was breaking down)

If I swap the CDI while it's running quickly it will run all day but only start on the old CDI.

I have tried a few CDI's and no different

Sorry if it doesn't make sense..

Just a bit stumped what to do!

Thanks

pull the black/white wire out of the plug for the cdi and see if the new will start it then. That wire bypasses all safety switches for starting. Something is different in the accessories im thinking on the new harness where it connects to old plugs
