says pioneer xf250 atv on side of it. Also looks like a honda 250cc rebel clone motor

Quadzilla/RAM used that engine, though that seems to be a shaft drive version and Quadzillas were chain, and yes, Honda Rebel clone, I believe the engine is still being made in China but Quadzilla went onto other stuff and dealers/importers don't want to know if you try to get parts, even though it was the first big seller for Quadzilla. Googling Pioneer and Quadzilla they both seem to be linked to CFMoto.

Thanks for helping yes it is shaft drive it does look like some pics of them still not sure tho

Out of interest, what is that big numb looking lever on the RH side?

On the right hand side of motor? It's the lever to switch from forward and reverse also it is a 5 speed foot shift on left side do you have any more ideas what this thing could be my search also led me to cf moto but can not find this exact model at all

I would guess that CF Moto must have marketed the shaft drive version as the Pioneer and it didn't sell too well. As I wrote before the Quadzilla version was a big seller and I have seen the odd one badged RAM too. Apart from the angle drive, it looks a lot like that old Quadzilla so I would guess most bits will be common to both.
