As a rule, if you know enough about electrics to fit a "universal" harness, you could have fixed the harness you already have. No idea what a BC-Y110 is but most 110s use a copy of the Honda cub engine. This can cause problems as, although most universal harnesses are for this motor, different alternators are used by different makers, some use two wires to rectifier, some three. Some harness sellers try to get round this by supplying a stator too, but flywheels can vary in size, so the flywheel may not fit the new stator.

I can repair the harness but a few of the connectors are melted and pins in connectors are trashed. It has the remote kill switch on it also which I don’t have the remote for that’s why I was trying to do away with it with new harness that don’t have it.

New universal harnesses won't have a remote. Just make sure you get one with the right stator wire connections.
