Purchased it from a guy who said it was a tao tao 50cc. I thought tao tao started at 110cc, so I started looking into replacing the plastics or get a graphics kit to cover the sunfade and can't find the model. I found the vin on stamped on the front as usual. Vin reads "L4pgue03753205633"

From the look of it I guessed at a Buyang and the third Vin decoder I tried came up with Buyang. It was made in 2005.
