I have a deal on a 2003 Polaris 500 predator at the local pawn shop-it actually has a title. They look like they are in decent shape--$2,500 each.

Any advice?
Reliability?
Price looks ok.

 

i have an 03 predator 500 and the only problem i have with it, is shifting into neutral when it's warm, other than that. i've ridden the machine for 4 years and have not had any problems with it. sounds like a good deal if you ask me. it is a torque monster, and is quite fast, just so you are prewarned.

 

I have an 06 and I love it, they're pretty well set up from the factory too. and yes they are pretty fast
