It looks hokey to me. Mud tires and they live in West Virginia???? The closest desert is probably 1500 or more miles away.

definate scam. palm trees in the back ground, south western lookin roof(like arizona, new mexico,cali.,ect...) and no phone number or name. if they dont have a number for yo to call, i personally would not bother with them.

The ad was also in a central Illinois CL ad. Definite scam. TonyT

well that suxs... I hate the scams, I search the region daily for great deals.. Some are legit that I try to jump on... Some are not. This was a little out of my $$ to explore, but I have to agree... sorry for the crap post..

There are good deals out there. It just takes patience and constantly watching the ads. I got our Polaris ATP 500 off a guy in NH who only used it for a year around his yard. He had 20 miles and 10 hours or something like that on it. He had spent $7500 on it the year before and we got it for $4600 if I remember right.

First clue was the vehicles have wheels and the houses don't. Trust me, I've been to WV.

I see ads like that all the time in the cl in Dallas. I still send em an email. Sure I know it's 99% chance it's a scam, but someday I may hit that 1%.

i went along with one of these scams before just to see how far they would go. it was listed in st louis,mo but when they emailed me back they said it was in in utah at their ranch. they said they could ship it the following week, they asked for info,my name, address, and that ebay(even though it was on craigs list)would contact me with their purchase protection plan. I just told them that i was going to be in western colorado the following week anyways for a work meeting and id just drive the few hours to them, test drive it and pick it up. i never got another response.
