Well I spent the day marking trails at the Little River Trails and Recreational Park with the help of Duane Hill, VP of the Oklahoma Cross Country Racing Association.
Duane was a tremendous help, and just happens to be a heck of a great guy. We had a blast trapsing through the heavily wooded acres that border the shores of Little River.

We spent 6 hours laying out a trail system that is challenging AND fun to ride. As you guys already know, we're going back on Saturday and Sunday. If anyone wants to come ride, let me know. We've got 2 volunteers so far, but we need many more to ride the trails to get them really broke in. And, if you have a pair of pruning shears, that would help alot also.

If nothing else, it's going to be a heck of alot of fun riding this virtually virgin territory.

James, I am interested in what you are doing at your site. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. As soon as I get some free time, I will come to your location and help with your trails. I can't wait to see your project.

Ginny and I will be up soon. WE need to plan a weekend up there before Christmas. Ok, leaders start picking the dates. I think the 20th of November looks good. How about it guys ( and gals)

If you are going to ride at Prague lake this weekend be sure to bring an extra set of clothes . I would like to meet at the trailhead at noon. Anyone who has not been there before pm me and ill give you a place to meet me at .

Do you guy's think you can make this Prague ride this sunday. Sure there is some mud, but it WILL wash off. They have a hose just outside the trailhead for that.

Brent....I am not sure if I can make it or not.

I have to do some concrete work at the house I have been putting off beacuse of all the rain. I may be able to get a jump on it Saturday after I get off work I will just have to kind of see. I think I want to ride...just not sure how the timing will work out.
