He wouldnt have given me a ticket....heck his patrol car got side ways as he eased away from us....aint no way he could've caught us. And there aint no way I'd sit there n let him give me a ticket either. I wanted to tell him "go eat a donut or work a wreck but leave us alone." But since we were about to head inside anyways I didn't. And yes, we terrorized and went about everywhere there was to go in my neighborhood. Might have to venture somewhere else next time....

By Oklahoma Law, if it has "front and rear racks" it is an implement of husbandry (like a farm tractor). I have had troopers argue that with me, but the good book says what it says. As I was leaving the gas station in town, I saw a local representative pulling out of the PD. I didn't stick around to see if he wanted to turn on his lights or not. I just hit the 4WD button & I was but a memory. If I wasn't so close to the house & didn't know 99% of 'em, I would have enticed him to a parsoot.

I have read that as well in the law books. My question is, what would you do if you were given a ticket? In order to get it dismissed, would you have to prove that you were using it for farm purposes? Thanks.

WE rode Cross Bar a little over a year ago. It was nice, but they just did not have many trails cut. We would go, just to see how it has changed.

the tax applies to all bikes, if you go down to the tag agency you can get a tag for like 22 dollars on a bike that you got before the new tax.

toe,

Legislative intent comes to mind when contemplating fighting a ticket on this issue. I believe that it will boil down to what most trials hinge on: the judges opinion. If you were to get stopped between two of your properties, I would believe that you would be home free. If you got stopped in the middle of town riding a wheelie, it may not fly. I, being a part time cop, have argued this with several other officers and the field is pretty much split. Most feel strongly one way or the other.

Wow....

I am gone for a couple years and we have branched away from "God Jumping" and Secret societies and "Got all Olliver Wendle Holmes" all on off up in hererrrre

I think I can safely sum it up this way...

Drink anything that won't kill ya
**** where you like
Ride wherever is convenient
Helmets are something football players and soldiers use
I never met a white woman I didn't like
Farts are fun...sharts are difficult to expain
Street Kings STILL RULE!!!
My Qaud is stock yellow, 3 years old and still has less than 500 miles on it
The Maximum distance any quad should be driven without stopping to tell tall tales is 2 miles
Brent, Shane, Lonnie, Jason, Mikey and Aaron are the best riding buds you can have
It's 3:00 AM and I am going to bed.

So Let It Be Written!!!

So Let It Be Done!!!

Dang I do some rambling when I'm drunk. I wonder if me n Andy can avoid any black n whites this weekend since we're supposed to be getting 4 - 10 inches of snow?

Crossbar is nothing like a year ago. It will take a quad at least 4 hours just to ride the trails with no stopping.
Lots of camping spots. The best riding in OK for sure.

I am in Arizona and it is cold, but at least it gets into the 50's and no ice, so I guess the weather is OK.

I hate ice and cold weather.
