HOSPITALITY ROOM from 5-10pm at the DoubleTree Hotel in Oak Ridge. You can pick up pre-registration packets and sign on for guided rides leaving out Thursday and Friday.

April 22nd - Thursday -
GUIDED RIDES
depart at 8:00am from the main parking lot.
HOSPITALITY ROOM open again at the DoubleTree hotel from 5-10pm for you to pick up pre-registration packets and sign on for guided rides for Friday morning

GUIDED RIDES
depart at 8:00am from the main parking lot.
HOSPITALITY ROOM open again on this night from 5-10pm at the DoulbleTree Hotel to pick up pre-registration packets and socialize.

April 24th - Saturday - 8am - 3pm
THE BUBBA HUNT
Here's how it works:
We have chosen 20 trails out of the 62 trails in our system.
These 20 trails will be marked on special maps you will get with your information (registration) packets upon arrival.
Out of these 20 trails, there will be 10 checkpoints that you will have to search for and have your card punched by the Windrock Member (BUBBA) at that checkpoint.
Each Windrock Member (BUBBA) will have identifying clothing so you will know it is a checkpoint.
These checkpoints could be anywhere on the trail. So you will have to ride the entire trail to find (BUBBA).
You will then proceed to other trails to find more checkpoints.
All riders will return to main parking lot at 3pm on the dot and turn in there punch cards.
We will have 10 boxes at the parking lot headquarters. Each box will have a different number on it. EXAMPLE - Box #1 will have a 1 on it. Box #2 will have a 2 on it and so on up to the #10 box.
Depending on how many checkpoints you found and had your card punched, will determine which box your card with your name on it goes in.
Each box will have a different prize attached to it. The larger GRAND PRIZE will be in box #10 for those that found all 10 checkpoints.
Box #1 will have the smaller Prize for those that only locate 1 punch checkpoint.
Each box will have a different Prize and will increase in value the higher the number goes all the way up to the GRAND PRIZE #10 box.
The fun part is that nobody will no in advance where we have strategically placed these 10 checkpoints on the 20 possible trails we will have specially marked.
It is up to you to ride each trail and find our (BUBBA) checkpoint and have them punch your card.
GRAND PRIZE value will be around $500
To be determined at a later date.

April 24th - Saturday - 5pm - 7pm
MUD BOGG - We will group ATV's by class.
The pit will have a 2wd track and a more challenging track for 4wd's to tackle.
Trophies will be awarded to winners
You won't believe the action that takes place in the pits.

April 25th - Sunday - 9am - 11am
TUG O' WAR- ATV's will line up back to back. A rope will be tied off to each. And off you go at the command of the officials.
Trophies will be awarded to the top winners.
This was a top event at our Fall Ride in October. Everyone had a blast.

DRAG RACES - Straight line track.
ATV's will be grouped in classes.
1st one across the line wins that heat.
Trophies will be awarded.
