Welcome to the both of you. I am allways on here so shoot me a PM and I can show you some good places to go close to CS. IMO Colorado has the best varriance in terrain there is to ride. You name it we have it! Dunes to trails to track we have it covered. Look at my photos (the camera below my avatar) to get an idea of riding in Co.

i know this thread is somewhat dated, but what the hey! another colorado springs rider here. i ride a sport 450. yeah it's a little cold outside right now, but anyone up for a ride this weekend?

 

I am going to try (depending on the weather) to make it up to 717 (divide) this Sun. Let me know!

 

717 sounds good. i wuz there about a month ago. any snow there yet? i'll post up by saturday night with a definate answer.

That is cool as the weather is not looking prommising but we will see. I was there last weekend just some skiffs of snow nothing on the trails yet!

Bummer I think I will try and might try and make it to PMI as I have some nephews visiting and they wanna ride. It might be a little chilly but I think we will make out ok.
