Dolgeville trails closed
#1
Well it finally happened! A person bought up a lot of the railroad tracks in Dolgeville which have most of the atv trails located on it. Now the club had to close down and is giving back all the money from this years dues. It is a shame after all the hard work that the original members and all the current members have done to get along with all the comunities involved and the local snowmobile club also. The sad part about the whole thing is that the manufactorers won't do anything about NYS letting us get some trails open. With out the companies complaning they will never give us any land to ride on. I would just like to say thanks to all the Soggy Bottom Rider members that are left , I think you guys did a good job keeping it going. Your Pal Spike

I understand snowmolibe clubs fees because they have exspensive $100,000 trail groomers and opererators to pay for. In the Summer we ride the same trail for free on ATVs. The rougher the trails the better in this sport.
