How well do Gators compare to ITP 589's?
#1
I'm trying to decide on which tire I want to replace my stock Dunlops with, and the Gators seam to have a great price on them. I also like the ITP 589's but they are a little more expensive.
I will be using these tires mainly for trail riding, and they both need to be able to stand up to the rocks.
Also, how well do the Gators ride? Are they rough riding on dirt roads and such? I have read that they ride as well as 589's do, but I would like to hear from more people who have this tire on their Grizzly 660. Do they were good/last a long time? I read that the 589's last well over 3,000 miles, first is this true, and second do the Gators last as long?
You can probably tell that I really like the 589's, but the Gators are about $50.00 cheaper for a set of four so I would buy the Gators if they performed as well and lasted as long as the 589's do.
Also, does any of you Grizzly 660 owners have pictures of your Grizz with the Gators on them?
Thanks for any info.
