I'm thinking of putting a locker on my Honda 300 4x4. I know it will definitely affect the steering when running in 4 wheel drive mode but I was wondering about when I ride in 2 wheel drive mode (I have a Warn 424 select). Will it still make steering difficult in 2WD? I can't afford a Detroit gearless, rather I might have the chance to get a "gear" type fairly cheap. How much does a HighLifter gear typically cost and what would be a fair price for a used one?
