All Terrian Tires

quadracer18 how do those realtors handle at speed on the trails. I like the look of them but worry they would not handle real well at high speeds on hard pack. Also look like they could be a little ruff on hard pack. I have been thinking about them though for riding sand and snow. Would have to buy rims too for the back of my prairie. Also how do they do in the rocks and climbing over logs up ledges etc.

Dirt vh.....~ I was just out riding the other day...it was on hard packed...ya I was worried to on how they would do at top speed..but I pushed my 500 to the max and I was actually suprised that it handled and did pretty good...granted I think my old maxis were a little bit better...but I was pleased how they handled at top speed...I didn't have any problem...as for rocks and logs...I havn't got on any rocky terain yet with my realtors...but for logs...no problem...they did a lot better then my maxxis...and I must say..I got in some mud holes to..and I didn't get stuck once..never had to even put it in 4x4...But I've had enough riding time on them and I love them..I do a lot of trail riding and hill climbing...and they just eat up the hills..they grip hard...but I must say best 140 bucks I spent lately on my quad!

VH... IMO, the Realtors would be a really good tire for sand & pulling... however, I'd stay away from them, for hare scramble racing, because if you look at the tread pattern, the lugs run uninteruped accross the tread... this tire will slide excessively in hard cornering... the Interco TSL's will perform nearly identical to the Realtors, but if you look at the tread, the lugs only go partially across the tread, & are staggered... the staggering, will contol sideways slide, in hard cornering, better than the Realtors tread pattern... & even though the TSL's are very closely related to the Vamps, the TSL's tread is shallower, & run more sideways across the tread than the Vamps tread, which angle more...
