what would be better, to get an aggressive 22" in tire like a mud tire, or getting a 24" not so aggressive all-around tire for a recon? This question has been bothering me for weeks. thanx

 

Going with a taller tire will give you more ground clearance. Now the question is, do you climb over a lot of solid obstacles (rocks, logs, etc.) or are you trucking through the mud?

If your a mud runner, take the more agressive tire. If you climb over obstacles take the taller tire.

BTW, Blackwater makes a super agressive 27" tire! Unsure if it'll fit your quad, just thought I'd share.
