Default 98 quadrunner sus bushes

Hi there I have a '98 LTF 500 QR, my problem is most of the suspension bushes are shot - the crush sleeves are spinning in the rubber bush which allows the a arms to move back and forwards, variable wheel alignment!!!!My question is has anyone had this prob and did you replace with standard bushes or get some nylon bushes made up?
Also rear end is pretty stiff even on lowest preload setting has any one got any ideas?I live in New Zealand and the bike gets used every day I probably do about 800-1000 miles a month on a dairy farm so plush suspension would be very nice, the front end is fine but the rear end just doesn't seem to have much compliance.thanks
Any help would be great.

I thought I found a kit, but didn't

Check with your dealer.
