need help with tires

Default need help with tires

getting honda rancher AT this week, what is a good tire and size with little amount of power loss.
about 70% Trail and 30% mud.

Kenda bear-Claws might be a good choice for you, they are a good trail/mud tire for utility quads. Mud-sharks are also a good all around tire as well. ive heard itp Mud-lites are good for mud, but im not sure how they do on trails tho. and maxxis Sur-trak's are cool.

Default need help with tires

I had 26" mudlites on my 01 rancher FE. It ran great with them. It walked through the nasty stuff and cruised down the trials. It was noticeably bumpy on harder surfaces. If most of your riding will be on hardpack, I would stay away from them. They also wear easily on rocky terrain and roads. Great in snow though.
