Default Grinding Gears when engaging gears? HELP

Hey everyone! My Polaris Magnum (w/PVT Trans) grinds a little bit when I go to shift into gear from neutral. It seems like when its cold it doesn't do it but as it warms up it does. Any ideas on what It could be? I know someone out there has had to have this at one time or another. Thanks!!

My trail boss does this also if you try to engage it slow and has done it since I bought it (2001) model, if I throw it in quick it doesn't do it and haven't had any problems so far.

my wifes 325 does it sometimes when the idle is to high make sure idle is right. if you have to start in gear want until you get it fix so nothing gets broke but check idle speed

Hi, yeah I don't get it. I even called a Polaris dealer and talked to service and they couldn't help me. I checked the linkage and the idle again and they are fine. I'm wondering if changing or switching the Trans oil would help? I have ridden other Polaris machines and it doesn't do it.
