Stock shock revalved by PEP..any good??

Hey guys i found a stock banshee shock rebuild by PEP and was wondering if i should get it?? Do you think it will help alot?? BTW..its 90 bucks.

It depends on what the shock is built for. If the person is a lot heavier than you and rides more aggressively then you probably will hate the shock. However, PEP does have a lifetime warranty on revalving so if the seller will have it revalved for you then it is a good deal.

it is setup for a rider that weighs 180-200 and i weigh like 160-170. is that close enough???

Is the owner of the shock a more aggressive rider than you? When was the last time it was serviced. I am sure that you would be happy with the shock, buy you might be happier with sending yours out to get rebuilt for you.

he said the shock only had a few hours of ride time on it. He only wants 90 for it so it would be cheaper for me to get that than have mine rebuilt.
