tranny problem or clutch?

Default tranny problem or clutch?

i have a 250x and when i shift it in 3rd and slam the gas it wants to pop in and out of gear very quicly so its basicly jerking the bike but if i shift in 3rd and slowly give it gas up to speed there is no problem? what is this? honda said its prolly the clutch to bring it in BUT NO i dont like dealers i fix things myslef

any ideas?

If it was the tranny, it would pop out of gear, but wouldnt go back in by itself. Sounds like the clutch. What kind of oil is in the tranny? Is it energy conserving (with moly)? It needs to be an oil designed for wet clutches. If its got the wrong oil in it, do an oil change, and it may clear up on its own.

ight this is basicly a 300ex umm i dont know of where to put tranny oil in like the recon u put it in the drive shaft this i dunno where and engine oil is 10W-30 i think so Is it energy conserving (with moly)? ????????????????
