I run the TCS shocks with remotes. Im not very familiar with the conversions. Do you have remotes and have you adjusted the compression on them?

the reason i think your are buttoming on your frame is, because the shocks are adjusted too low. Tcs shocks are able to lower the ride height and maintain a reasonable travel. If i was you, i would call a realiable source to help you out.

I am running tcs on a 400ex and they are working great. You may want to call up TCS themselves and tell them your problem. They are really nice and more than willing to help out.
What type of front tires are you running.
If your MXing i hope they are grooved radials.
If you are not then you will easily bottom out your frame. especially on the preload into a jump if your hitting it at a descent speed. and that can be pretty nasty. To make a long story short,
Radial are where its at!! I would run at least 18 to 20 psi in them depending upon your rider weight. There is a reason why all the pros use them.
