I have a 300 honda with vampires. I was wondering what the best mod would be to regain my low end power. I heard a new header pipe would do the job but I'm not too trusty in the person who said that. Please help! Oh yeah if I put a header pipe on it will I possibly lose that major air flow out of my stock muffler? It pushes water out great right now and I don't want a muffler that puts out less air presssure! If you get what I'm saying. Please help me!

You could buy a supertrapp pipe or what i am choosing to do is buy a High Lifter High Performance Kit. That should give you plenty of power.

The Highlifter Performance Kit definatly added power to the Honda 300 4x4 that I helped install it on (also had 26" tires & locker), but it felt like it wasn't low end. It actualy felt like it lost some off idle, but gained everywhere else. A lot easier to spin the tires with the kit on it. It could do things in 2nd it could only do in 1st before.
