Sometime during the early part of 1999 Titan acquired ownership of the Pure Sports Bandit & Realtor tires & molds & are now known as Titan/Pure Sports Bandit and Realtor tires.
Although Titan has made the Bandit & Realtor tires for Pure Sports for several years, they now own them and build them in their own plant in Tennessee.

According to sources at the Tennessee plant , Titan plans to introduce several new sizes in the Bandit during the fourth quarter of 1999. The sizes planned are:

22/10/9
22/10/10
23/7/10

Bandit tires are all 4-ply,XC Kevlars included, however the ohv tire industry uses a new type rating called the "star" rating: the Bandits are rated three stars, the highest rating obtainable.
