Hi,I have a set of cheap GBC paddle tires and was wondering if it is a bad idea to use them in deep snow.

I've asked Skat Trak about that, of course they said no, probably because they don't want to be liable.

This question isn't new to the forum and everyone has a different opinion. You need to be very careful with paddles, hard acceleration on any type of hard packed surface will rip the paddle(s) clean off.

I'm guessing they will be better than stock tires, however will probably dig down quick, possibly to harder ground.

My suggestion, try it, but with extreme caution.
Skat Traks are about double the price of GBC's, so I don't plan on using mine for snow
