Anybody got an Amp Link? Is it worth the money?

I have heard nothing but bad things about the Amp link. I heard they are really loud, the bearings in it wear out quickly and are non replacable, you have to cut your side cover to put it on and if you take it off you how have a hole in the cover, they wear out your coutershaft bearings due to extra strain from the amp link. The idea behind it is good but the product itself is poorly design and manufactured. Save you money and go with a TM chainslider, It has a lifetime gaurantee and it is alot cheaper.
