Anyone have any experience with having a shock rebuilt? Where did you go, what did they do, how much did it cost, was it worth the price? I have a 350X 3wheeler with a worn out rear shock and can't justify the money for a new shock for this old of a bike.

I went out and bought the works shocks all the way round on my banshee...It was worth it...But I also have an older(88) kx125..
I sent my rear shock to works performance...and for around $200 total.I think the kit was $139...they did a whole rebuild on the shock...It still uses your stock spring....but it adds a resevoir and new rebuildable valves and rod...It was a total change which worked way better than stock...hope this helps
