new tires
#1
Hi, I'm planning on getting new tires for my quad(lakota 300) and am wondering about gearing changes. The current tires I have now front
22x8x10), rear: 22x11x10 are stock. The tires I plan on buying are Titan
489 AT's. The rear tires are the same size, but the fronts are 23x8x10, one inch taller, will I have to change gearing, or will it really matter?
Please give me some advise, thanks

If you have 22 inch tires all around stock then you should keep the tire hieghts the same. You can however go up to 25 inchers all around, you just need to keep the tire hieght equal. You wouldnt want the front to sit higher than the rear right???

Sorry didnt know the lakota was a 2x4, still though I have 25 inchers on the rear of mine, you should go with 25 inch titan 589's all around, it would be an awesome quad then!!! I heard those tires were doing pretty well.
