Holeshot XCTs Good or Bad
#1
i ordered a pair of XCTs for my rear tires. ppl have been saying that the other holeshots wear down quickly. is this the same for the XCTs. i ride on dirt roads, pits, trails in the woods, and very rarely on tar. did i make the wright or wrong choice.

It's the STANDARD HOLESHOTS that wear out kind of fast, because they are presumably made of softer rubber.
In the past, I have run the XCT's. They are supposed to be the hot setup for desert racing, because of increased ground clearance. For me, they make the bike kind of tall and more tippy, so I would probably not run them again unless it was on a bike that had been widened.

I ride desert, so I can't give you an opinion about how they will do in your conditions. Sometimes you have to perform an expensive experiment to see how something will work.
I do find it hard to believe that your trailblazer is "wider than most sport machines" (the Polaris web site specs 46"). Most big sport bikes are in the high 40's. My bikes are all ~50 inches.

audibert14, i ride in basically the exact same places u do and my XCT's work great!! they have wear but i have to ride about a mile on pavement everyday to get to my riding spots, then i'm on gravel and dirt. They hook up good in sand, dirt, grass, gravel, w.e it doesnt matter, i'm really happy w/my tire and i think when these are wore out i'm going to think about kenda claws or invest in another set of holeshots. U wont be dissappointed w/ur buy
