i have a '99 scrambler 400 w/rcr stage 1. i'm going to be needing tires soon. i have pretty much decided to go with bearclaws. probably going to replace all 4 at once. i was going to only change the rear, but the front seem to be wearing as well since i put the rcr kit on.

does anyone use bearclaws on their scrambler? do you like them? do they add much weight from the stock tires? and most imporatantly, how do they wear?

I have Bearclaws front and rear on my Scrambler 500 I love them. They are 4 ply so they do add a little weight. I`ve had them on since may and only got about 100 miles on them (sad I know) so I cant say too much on wear. They are mounted on stock width and offset Douglas .190`s. 23x8x11 fronts & 22x12x10 rears. The handling and traction is greatly improved. You need to watch the overall diameter the rears are close to stock but the fronts are a little taller than stock. HTH
PS. e-mailed you a pic.
