ok, so i have all this junk done to my 450r, but i cant keep the tires from spinning. i need a good set of tires for a lot of trail riding, and some motocross. i dont want to spend a fortune. anyone with a good suggestion?

First off, this quad can benefit greatly from being widened a little! What I do is run wider tires, and ITP rims that are wider and have a greater offset than stock. This makes me +3" in back and ~+2-3" in front. The increase instability is great!
For years I ran ITP Holeshot XC's, but I really prefer a radial. So, I am experimenting with the Maxxis iRazr and the new ITP Trac Stars at the moment. Neither of these are cheap, and new rims are expensive as well, so if you are on a budget you will have to stick with the narrower stock rims.
For the trail and occasional trip to the track, I would suggest the Trac Stars. They are very light, comapred to the Razrs.

I absolutely HATED HD's, but I ride desert. They are heavy like a brick, and would make the back end fishtale on hardpack climbs (Holeshot XC's never did that). They may be OK for wet, loamy soils back east, but not out here!
