Default Chinese 250 CC ATV valve adjusment procedure

I am a new owner of a Hi-bird QH-250ST. This is my 2nd chinese atv so I used to doing a little work on them. The valves are noicy and clicking and my dealer told me I needed to adjust them but was not specific enought on the procedure.

It looks like to me that there is not enough clearance to get the valve cover off.

If anyone has any expereince with this, I need the help!

If this is anything like my Tornado 200CC then you have to take the front plastic off and the gas tank out and then you are good to take the cover off and adjust. It was actually very easy to do.
