Default Tire Problem

I got a rim changed to a new tire and was fine when i rode around block a few times. It never got flat before but then when i took it out to the dunes and dropped the PSI to about 2-4 PSI and took it out for a spin and some how the tire got flat or something and cause when in towards the axle and chain. Did the gut who did it do something wrong?or could it be it has flat but i checked it before and when i got it and i had no problems? Tire is the rear rim on Jetmoto 250 sport

Could be that the tire was not seated properly. Can you tell if the tire was damaged (hole or puncture)? Shops that have experience with atv tires know that seating pressures are much higher that running pressures. Shops that don't have atv tire experience may only inflate the tire to operating pressure (about 5 psi or so). This is not high enough to properly seat the bead.

na it dont look like it has a hole or puncture. But it wasnt a ATV shop cause they were charging way to much for me to swap out a rim but this guy who did it says he gets them all the time and fixes them but im going to take it back to him to see if he can fix. whats wired is i rode at like 10PSI around the block but then went to dunes and lowered to like about 2-4 PSI and it like just came out and had to ride in 1st all the way back to my truck. It really did bite

Tires manufacturers recommend a maximum seat pressure (usually around 30-35 psi). Seating needs to be done with specially designed equipment that is a little different from car tires. Did you say that the tire came off of the rim or just went flat?

Default Tire Problem

Just went flat but when i add air goes to normal but if i lower pressure it goes flat. Some one told me to ride at 30-35 which is what i rode at when i got the Jet and after a couple of rides it would get seated on its own then i could lower the pressure im going to try that whats do you think?

If I were you, I would pull that wheel/tire off and take is to the tire shop and have them check it.

i did take back and they said they checked it but only inflated to 10PSI but From Raceway they said to inflate to 30-35PSI and ride it for a while so that it can seat so im going to try that.
