How to intall Brakelines w/o rubbing paint off of A-Arms

I saw a neat trick at a race last year that someone did. Take a short piece of fuel line(about 1/4in) and run a zip-tie through the piece of fuel line and then wrap the tie around the brake line and back though the piece of fuel line. Then mount this to the a-arm. This will put the line away from the a-arm whatever your thickness of the fuel line. Hope that you understand what I am talking about. When I saw this on the quad I thought that it was a great idea to get the line off of the a-arm.

I have my steel braided brake lines attached to my Lonestar a-arms exactly like tprender described. The plastic tie can still slide a little on the a-arm but I have not seen any wear (powder coating is pretty tough). Oh, you also may need to put two ties on each a-arm to completely keep the brake line off the arm.
