Does anyone have any suggestions, have 4 brand new
26x12x12 sur tracs on my wolverine, was trail riding and ran over a beer bottle that was hidden in the snow, put a 1-1.5 inch slice right in middle of tread, can I put some kind of patch over it, then put a tube in it????would it hold???

A tire shop would probably be able to vulcanize a patch on the inside. Depending on their judgement you may not even need a tube. I think you can save it but it may cost $35. HTH

Go get yourself a decent tire plug kit ($5-10) I have patched 3+ inch long slashes on my tires.. You might need to put 4 or 5 plugs in it. Also put a vulcan type patch on the inside after you have installed the plugs.. In a pinch I use silicone to plug smaller holes, (works pretty good unless you plan on riding really hard) but get an approved tire sealant to cover the entire slash. A local tire shop should be able to patch the hole for around $20-30 bucks..I would also strongly recommend AGAINST the tube in the tire, Ive heard lots of bad stories about them..
