mojave shock!

Default mojave shock!

I was reading the ATV connection fourm archives the other day and read that a honda 250r shock would fit on my 89 mojave, my shock is shot please inlighten me. Thanks

Well.. I didn't see it..

You should measure the bolt hole to Bolt hole distance... if the free length is the same then the only difference is the valving and spring on the 250r Stock shock..

It wouldn't be the first time that shocks for other branded bikes were used.

I had a Raptor 660 rear shock mod to fit my Mojave , works great!!

What exactly did you need to do to the raptor shock for modifications. Also, is anyone else aware of other shocks that might fit ? Bolt to bolt is about 16" Also, does anyone know if these shocks are rebuildable ?
