Default Question on rims/tubes, etc...

It's been 20+ years since I've been around ATV's (let's see, quads were new back then, and I rode an ATC250R), so please bear with me... I recently picked up a Honda TRX70 for my 4 y/o, and the original front tires are finally starting to go. They're 2-piece rims with, I believe, a tube. In replacing them, what's my best option?
- Tube or tubeless?
- If I go the tube route, can I replace myself? (Overfill initially to seat the bead,
then back off the psi? Tube-less, I imagine would have to be done at a shop.

Thanks for any help : )
