Default Tires for hard pack and snow. NO MUDD!!!

Hello,
I have two polaris 800 x2. One of them has 27in Mudlite Xtr's, and the other one has stock tires. With the xtr's I noticed a terrible handlebar shake going on high speeds so I balanced them But there is still some shake left. Now I never ride through mud unless I really have to and I really can't find mud where I live. I ride 3 months on steep rocks and granite, and 2 months on snow. I also Ride on pavement a lot
(90% of the time). I can't figure out which tire would be better for me, the bighorn or the terracross X/D.
Thanks

ITP Holeshot ATR's! Nice radial ride, and superb in the snow.

How come you put XTR's on your 800 if you ride pavement 90% of time? Go wirh what reconranger said.

Outback31: All I can say is that I didn't know better. Let me correct myself, I don't ride on pavement 90% of the time and 10% the rest, I ride on pavement 90-95% of the time to get to the trail or mountain.
Thanks

my buddy put Bighorns on his old 2007 foreman 500 and now has them on his New 2007 polaris 850xp
he loves them and they do great in the mud, snow(so i have been told) and very very good on the rocks
Terracross is known for alot of puncture problems as the bighorns are not.
Only downfall i find with the bighorn is they are a bit heavier than other tires but will last longer and do what u need better imo.

Take a look at the Duro Power-grip. Very similar to the Bighorn, but lighter and cheaper. It's a 6-ply radial and hooks-up awesome in rocks and snow.
