tires rubbing tierods

put tires on sportsman and they rub tierod they are on stock steel rim the rim is 12x6 and tires are 28x10x12 will a 7"rim help any input on this issue would help

Had to put 1" spacers on mine, used the highlifter aluminum ones 4x156.
